Terms and Conditions

Regeneration Computers takes great pride in offering good quality refurbished second hand and ex-lease computers, electronics and accessories. As our products are second hand, they may come with some cosmetic blemishes or minor superficial damage that do not affect the usage or operation of the product in anyway. If you feel the product you purchased is not working as intended or may be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We are more than happy to help and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 

Refurbishment Process

We evaluate and test all second hand and ex-lease products to ensure they are in good working condition and functioning correctly. Where applicable, we will perform a fresh install of the devices operating system and add any suitable upgrades you have purchased as part of your product purchase. All our products unless otherwise stated come with a standard 3-month warranty.

 

Software

Software specifically purchased by you or installed by the buyer, is not covered under our warranty. This includes all third-party venders and includes our Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows products, however, any errors in the installation process made by Regeneration will be remedied under warranty. Any errors due to customer negligence, viruses, malware or tampering will not be covered.  Software purchases cannot be returned for a refund except under “change of mind” rules

 

Consumable Items

Consumable items such as projector lamps, batteries, etc. are not covered under warranty.
Batteries are second hand when sold unless otherwise stated and any issues relating to them such as charge time, battery life and other possible issues are not covered. All secondhand items are of an unknown previous history but are tested as per our workshop protocols.

 

Change of mind returns and order cancellations

If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped or any other similar scenario, the item will need to be returned for inspection within 14 days and at the customers expense before a possible refund is given, depending on the inspection results. If you intend to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, the item may already be on the courier. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped it will have to be returned at the customers expense and the freight cost will not be refunded.
