Refund policy

Regen Computers is 100% New Zealand owned and operated. We're based at 4 Devon Road, Frankton, Hamilton. For any questions about a return, email orders@regeneration.co.nz or call 07 846 0009.

14-Day Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery or pickup, including if you've simply changed your mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we'll repair, replace or refund the item, and we cover return shipping.

Change of mind: the item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with all accessories, chargers and packaging included. Any accounts or passwords you've added must be removed first. You pay return shipping. If an item comes back damaged or incomplete, we may reduce the refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at orders@regeneration.co.nz with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted.
  2. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send it, or you can drop it in-store at 4 Devon Road.
  3. Please pack the item securely. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it. Original shipping costs aren't refunded on change-of-mind returns.

12-Month Warranty

All refurbished products come with a 12-month warranty. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at orders@regeneration.co.nz, with photos if possible, and we'll sort it out quickly.

Your Rights Under NZ Law

Our products come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that can't be excluded. If there's a major failure, you're entitled to a refund or replacement. If there's a smaller problem, we'll repair or replace it. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
