Every refurbished laptop, desktop and tablet goes through the same 6 steps in our Frankton, Hamilton workshop: initial testing, certified data wipe, fresh Windows install, a 30-point test and diagnostics, a final clean, and honest cosmetic grading. Every device is backed by a 12-month warranty.

Grades describe cosmetic condition only. Every grade passes the same functional testing and gets the same 12-month warranty. Pristine looks close to new, Excellent has light signs of use, Good has visible marks, and Acceptable has heavier wear at the lowest price.

Battery health is at least 80% on our refurbished laptops and tablets, so you get solid everyday battery life rather than a worn-out battery.

Tracked NZ shipping starts from $5.99 for small items. Larger items may cost more, and the exact rate is shown at checkout.

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We ship every order with NZ Post tracked courier, which usually takes another 1–2 business days to arrive, depending on where you are. Rural and remote addresses can take a little longer. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number.

Yes. Our Hamilton workshop repairs laptops, MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, phones and gaming consoles, and we diagnose the problem honestly before quoting. Eligible repairs come with a 90-day warranty.

We'll tell you straight. If a repair doesn't make sense, we can show you a refurbished replacement with a 12-month warranty.
