Regen Computers – Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipping & Delivery
- All products are stocked within New Zealand, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
- Orders are dispatched using NZ Couriers, with a tracking number provided once your order has shipped.
- No overseas shipping — all items are shipped locally, reducing wait times and improving service reliability.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- The item does not meet consumer guarantees under New Zealand Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted:
- We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a fault covered under New Zealand Consumer Law (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds, Repairs & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, Regen Computers reserves the right to repair or replace the item before offering a refund, provided this is a reasonable solution under the law.
- If the fault is minor and repairable, we will repair the item at no cost to you.
- If the item cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a replacement.
- A refund will only be issued if the item has a major failure or cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure.
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- A repair or replacement if the item fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue is not considered a major failure.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at orders@regeneration.co.nz if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
