All school devices are placed in our automatic priority queue at no extra cost. Most repairs—including screen, keyboard, battery, and charging-port replacements—are completed within 48–72 hours of receipt. You’ll see live updates in the portal and get an email notification when devices are ready to ship back
No. Partner schools benefit from our priority queue free of charge. Your repairs always jump to the front of our line, ensuring minimal downtime for students and staff without any added fees.
Our 12-month warranty covers the specific fault we’ve repaired—including parts and labour for that repair. If a different issue arises after your device is returned, that will be treated as a new repair and is not covered under the original warranty. Refurbished devices also carry a 12-month warranty for any mechanical or electrical faults identified at the time of sale; subsequent, unrelated issues will require a separate repair request.
When devices reach end of life or are beyond economical repair, just let us know—no portal ticket needed. Email orders@regeneration.co.nz or call your dedicated School Representative. We’ll coordinate a no-charge pickup from your School and ensure all equipment is recycled through certified channels.
